If you are lacking in energy, give in to it. Take a nap and sleep it off, if your schedule permits it. Or else, go to bed early. By the same token, allow the energy of love to come into your life if it is offered to you. You may get a pleasant phone call from someone you know,  or a funny TV show or video may be do the trick of cheering you up. Regardless, when tomorrow comes, take the steps needed to pick yourself up again.
