Today, June 6, 2025, Venus entered its home sign of Taurus, highlighting beauty, self-worth, and creature comforts.
It also happens to be Friday, which in Greek mythology is associated with the planet Venus.
On top of that is June 6, which is considered by many to be the 6/6 portal—a mystical gateway that leads to compassion, self-love, and emotional healing!
Thinking about the numbers of today’s date, I picked out a few cards from the Major Arcana of the traditional tarot deck.
The Lovers is Major Arcana 6. This card represents harmony in relationships of all kinds, and bringing your authentic self to any situation.
The numbers 6 + 6 = 12, the Hanged Man. The Hanged Man asks you to leave your ego at the door and see things from a different, nonjudgmental perspective.
Crunching the numbers even further, 12 comprises the numbers 1 and 2, and 1 + 2 = 3, the Empress. Wouldn’t you know it? The Empress in tarot is associated with the planet Venus, which brings us back to love, self-care, self-worth, compassion, nurturing, and the fulfillment of desires.
