Daily Tarot Reading for 7-24-2018

The Tarot card for today is the Eight of Cups. Look at the full moon in this card from the Rider-Waite-Coleman Smith deck shown here. We are coming up on a full moon at the end of this week. With the Eight of Cups (and as is true of full moons in general), it is time to see where you have done all you can do, then to let go of what does not serve you any more. Sometimes we stay in situations out of habit even though they don’t give us the satisfaction they once did. During these times, you must determine if you are truly happy or if you are becoming stagnant. The full moon on the 27th is also a total lunar eclipse, which could mean that changes you need to make in your life could get an extra push from fate — unless you can make those changes yourself. Either way, when it is all said and done, these changes will be to your benefit.

Daily Tarot Reading for 1-1-2018

Good morning, all, and Happy New Year! The tarot card for today is the Eight of Cups. This card showed up twice last week and it is not surprising that it would show up again today. The Eight of Cups is about walking away from anything than no longer fills your emotional needs. This is in keeping with the tradition to make New Year’s resolutions to get rid of bad habits in favor of healthy practices. Also, today is a full moon — a supermoon at that — which means the moon is about as close as it can get to the earth. As a result, the moon will appear to be larger than usual. Use the energy of the Eight of Cups and the full moon to clean up what needs to be eliminated from your life so that you can realize your greatest dreams.

Have a wonderful day!

Daily Tarot Reading for 12-27-2017

For the second day in a row, the card is the Eight of Cups. As I mentioned yesterday, this card indicates that it is time to walk away from any situation that does not serve your highest good. Sometimes the hardest part is not walking away, but the guilt about those who are left behind.  At first, everyone involved may feel the pain of your decision to change. Although it may be hard to believe or accept, if the decision is for your highest good, all parties will grow from it in the end. Really.

Daily Tarot Reading for 12-26-2017

The Tarot card for the day is the Eight of Cups. Time to walk away from what is no longer useful in your life. This may be a serious move or it could be a bit less serious. For instance, maybe you received a gift recently that you don’t like or doesn’t fit, so you decide to exchange it at the store — or re-gift it! Or perhaps you are determined to break some bad habits and you are starting to think about your New Year’s resolutions. Or, it could be time to rethink a relationship or otherwise walk away from an emotional situation. Whatever the circumstance, do what’s best for you and don’t look back.

Daily Tarot Reading – Extended Weekend Report 11-3 to 11-5-2017

The card for today, Saturday and Sunday is the Eight of Cups. This is definitely a time to make some hard decisions about emotional issues, probably questions about relationships. You are fixing or eliminating anything that doesn’t serve you any more and walking toward a brighter future. If there is a hole in your life, now is the time to take action to fill it with your heart’s desire.

Have a great weekend!

Daily Tarot Reading for 10-5-2017

Today’s card is the Eight of Cups. This card is about moving away from a situation that no longer serves you. It could be a relationship you have outgrown, or it could be a something you once thought was good for you but has turned out not to be what you thought. Or it could simply be that something that once gave you satisfaction has now become stagnant. In any event, it is time to do something different.

Whatever you are moving to will be a brand new adventure. It will fill an emotional hole for you. You will follow your dream and be glad you did.

Daily Tarot Reading for 9-5-2017

Today’s card is the Eight of Cups. It’s not that things are so bad, it’s just that you’ve outgrown a situation. As a result, you are making the conscious choice to move on.

Yesterday, I talked about letting go of excess baggage and this card is a variation on that theme. In this case it’s a matter of “all good things must come to an end.” The point is, you are ready to break out of your comfort zone. Even when things are going well, sometimes enough is enough. Your heart is telling you that need to move on to grow.
