The Tarot card for today is the Eight of Cups. Every once in a while, you may want to consider whether it’s time to shake things up a little bit. Even though you may be in a comfortable place in your life, too much sameness can get boring. If this is the case for you, step out of your comfort zone. The soul sometimes gets restless and that’s okay. It is only by trying new things that the our spirit can evolve and grow.

Daily Tarot Reading for February 14, 2020

The Tarot card for today is the Eight of Cups. Happy Valentine’s Day! As we are still in a full moon cycle, now is a great time to let go of things that no longer serve your highest good. But also keep this in mind: Even if things are stable in your life, do an emotional check and try to figure out if you are coasting along in a comfortable rut.  Whether you get rid of something completely or simply get out of your comfort zone by doing things differently, take a chance and follow your heart.

The Tarot cards for today are the Knight of Swords (Drama) and the Eight of Cups (Departure). Like yesterday, today is a day to stay focused on your own needs. There may be people who are trying to overpower you with words or otherwise bringing the drama! Don’t sweat it, though: Whatever ideas are thrown your way, take what you can use and ignore the rest.

The Tarot Cards for today are the King of Wands (Leadership) and the Eight of Cups (Departure). Yesterday, we had the Queen of Wands. So today, we are continuing to practice mastery over our passions. The King invites you to take the leadership role with work/creative projects and to bring the fire when it comes to romance. But don’t over-exhaust yourself. The Eight of Cups is a reminder to walk away from situations that are not worth your energy and to move towards things that serve your highest good.

Have an awesome day.

Daily Tarot Reading for 7-24-2018

The Tarot card for today is the Eight of Cups. Look at the full moon in this card from the Rider-Waite-Coleman Smith deck shown here. We are coming up on a full moon at the end of this week. With the Eight of Cups (and as is true of full moons in general), it is time to see where you have done all you can do, then to let go of what does not serve you any more. Sometimes we stay in situations out of habit even though they don’t give us the satisfaction they once did. During these times, you must determine if you are truly happy or if you are becoming stagnant. The full moon on the 27th is also a total lunar eclipse, which could mean that changes you need to make in your life could get an extra push from fate — unless you can make those changes yourself. Either way, when it is all said and done, these changes will be to your benefit.

Daily Tarot Reading for 1-1-2018

Good morning, all, and Happy New Year! The tarot card for today is the Eight of Cups. This card showed up twice last week and it is not surprising that it would show up again today. The Eight of Cups is about walking away from anything than no longer fills your emotional needs. This is in keeping with the tradition to make New Year’s resolutions to get rid of bad habits in favor of healthy practices. Also, today is a full moon — a supermoon at that — which means the moon is about as close as it can get to the earth. As a result, the moon will appear to be larger than usual. Use the energy of the Eight of Cups and the full moon to clean up what needs to be eliminated from your life so that you can realize your greatest dreams.

Have a wonderful day!

Daily Tarot Reading for 12-27-2017

For the second day in a row, the card is the Eight of Cups. As I mentioned yesterday, this card indicates that it is time to walk away from any situation that does not serve your highest good. Sometimes the hardest part is not walking away, but the guilt about those who are left behind.  At first, everyone involved may feel the pain of your decision to change. Although it may be hard to believe or accept, if the decision is for your highest good, all parties will grow from it in the end. Really.

Daily Tarot Reading for 12-26-2017

The Tarot card for the day is the Eight of Cups. Time to walk away from what is no longer useful in your life. This may be a serious move or it could be a bit less serious. For instance, maybe you received a gift recently that you don’t like or doesn’t fit, so you decide to exchange it at the store — or re-gift it! Or perhaps you are determined to break some bad habits and you are starting to think about your New Year’s resolutions. Or, it could be time to rethink a relationship or otherwise walk away from an emotional situation. Whatever the circumstance, do what’s best for you and don’t look back.
